The Lagoena Water Bottle restructures your drinking water due to its special shape which is proportioned to the Golden Ratio, and the Flower of Life symbol which is embossed onto the exterior base of the glass bottle. The entire bottle, including its protective cork jacket, is made of natural materials.

Cleaning your Lagoena Bottle is easy. Remove the rubber bands, the cork sleeve and the wooden cap.
You can put the glass bottle into a dishwasher or wash it by hand. However, hand washing will help preserve the Flower of Life symbol embossed on the bottom of your bottle.
DO NOT clean the screw cap lid or the cork jacket of the Lagoena bottle in hot, soapy water or in the dishwasher. Clean gently by hand with a clean, damp cloth. The introduction of excessive water during cleaning can cause the lid liner to separate from the wood lid exterior.
Stubborn deposits inside the bottle may be removed with warm water and 1 tablespoon of citric acid. Leave for 2 hours and then clean the inside of the bottle. Do not use citric acid on the outside of the bottle.
In cases of extreme dirt deposits in the bottle, add 2 tablespoons of uncooked rice and water to the carafe. Swing around in circular movements until the rice has removed all sediments, then follow up with the citric acid solution as above and rinse.
About Freezing
Please DO NOT attempt to freeze liquid contained in a glass bottle. Most liquids expand when frozen and this will cause the glass to break. For example, if you put water in the Lagoena Bottle and then store it in your freezer, the glass is likely to break - even if you have allowed room for expansion. This is because water expands approx. 9 % in all directions when it becomes frozen – not just in the direction of the space allowed for expansion. The continuous force of the freezing water will apply pressure to the glass wall and eventually the bottle will crack.Please note: We cannot be responsible for products that break due to contents being frozen.
