CHLORINE: when ‘less’ means you get more
Thursday, December 15th, 2011Experiencing uncomfortable levels of chlorine in your water?
Since our water in Metro Vancouver is now filtered*, less chlorine is being added.
So why are the fumes as obnoxious as ever?Sediment in water interferes with disinfection processes and consumes chlorine. The Seymour Filtration Plant removes sediment from water, making chlorination more effective.
Chlorine has a ‘residual’ effect that continues to disinfect water as it moves through the distribution lines to your tap. Now that our water is filtered, more residual chlorine is able to successfully reach your tap without being consumed before it gets there.
Consequently, you turn on the tap and get a better dose of chlorine.
*This applies to those of us in Metro Vancouver whose water comes from the Seymour Filtration Plant.

Bio-photons: the Light in Your Cells, Food & Water
Sunday, December 4th, 2011
Scientists have discovered that cells communicate by means of ultra weak light emmissions called biophotons. The quality of this light influences the order and coherence within a living system. Living cells receive and transmit energy in the form of radiation and light, even as life and energy upon earth are dependent on sunlight.According to world-renowned scientist, Dr. Fritz Albert Popp, bio-chemical reactions are far too slow to explain how biological systems instantly regulate metabolic processes. He advanced the theory that it is light (in the form of bio photons) that directs the cellular communication that sustains life.
“Light can initiate, or arrest, cascade-like reactions in the cells, and that genetic cellular damage can be virtually repaired, within hours, by faint beams of light. We are still on the threshold of fully understanding the complex relationship between light and life, but we can now say, emphatically that the function of our entire metabolism is dependent on light.”
Dr. Fritz Albert Popp, BiophysicistBeams of light called biophotons
A biophoton is an ultra weak light emission (photon of light) from a living biological system. Biophotonics is the study of how these photons interact with and within biological systems.
Biophotons appear to facilitate instantaneous communication throughout our bodies. Bio photon research shows that all living substances emit weak light which is probably the means for an intricate web of communication and energy that entwines all living systems.
Bio-photons in food and water support health
Human cells utilize this ultra weak light energy to sustain and order complex life processes. Nutritious food and vibrant water supply the body with energy. Sustained energy means less entropy (decline and degeneration). Less entropy means greater order, proper metabolic functioning and coherence. The bio-photons in food and water can provide order as well as energy to the body. Popp maintained that the primary benefit of nutritious food is not for chemical supply of energy, but rather for the ability of that food to transport oscillations in the form of biophotons which decrease the entropy of the organism. The same principles apply to water and explain why it is so beneficial to drink ‘living’ water.
